Zhao Jinlong is the chief bench technician and technical consultant of Zhongtai Group, and the director of the management office of Zhongtai Group's skilled master. He is an expert in equipment maintenance in the petroleum and chemical industries. As early as the 1980s, Zhao Jinlong mastered the maintenance skills of imported screw compressors from Japan through hard study and practice, filling the gap in the independent maintenance of imported screw compressors in China's petrochemical industry.

In 1991, he successfully eliminated the failure of the screw compressor imported from Germany with exquisite technology, and determined the maintenance and operation parameters, providing valuable experience for the stable operation of the imported compressor. From 2002 to 2003, as he overcame the technical problem of oil leakage of screw compressor shaft seal, he won the third prize of Shandong Province "Science and Technology Progress Award" while winning the national patent. The "upstream pumping mechanical seal" jointly developed by him and China University of Petroleum has obtained invention patents, and won the second prize of the Ministry of Education's "Science and Technology Progress Award" in the same year.

After being invited to join Zhongtai Group, Zhao Jinlong devoted himself to the western construction. In 2010, he guided and participated in the formulation and compilation of Zhongtai Group's Fitter Professional Standards, playing a positive role in promoting the process of Zhongtai Group's professional standardization. In October of the same year, he led the group's fitter technical experts to participate in the "Nanhua Cup" National Fitter Skills Competition, and won the "third prize of the group" and the fourth place of the individual. In July 2011, he led technicians of Zhongtai Group to successfully complete the maintenance of screw compressor and steam turbine independently for the first time, saving more than 600000 yuan. In 2015, he took his disciples to participate in the National Petrochemical Industry Skills Competition, Two students won the "Second Prize of the Group", and six apprentices won the national "Technical Expert" and "Excellent Skilled Talents" respectively title. In May 2017, he was invited to lead the studio members and apprentices to Nanjing Yangzi Ethylene again to carry out the maintenance task of large compressors.
